The Kind Cup small is my goldilocks product. I've tried so many products and have spent so much money trying to find the perfect product. The Lily Cup was long enough for my high cervix, but the stem (even when trimmed) was super hard and would dig into me, making it unusable. The Saalt Soft small was very comfortable and soft, but would take about 10 minutes to remove because it would move so high up out of reach. The stem was too short and soft, and the body was too short and difficult to grab for me. I had to resort to pulling on the stem a little just to get a grip on the base with my other hand. The Flex Cup made removal easy, but it was rigid and hard to get inside. The material was a little too firm and thick. It also leaked for me. The Diva Disc would've been perfect, except it completely blocked my urine flow in the mornings when I had a full bladder - making removal a rushed panic. The Cora Soft Fit Disc was slightly softer than the Diva Disc, which made peeing slightly better, but still blocked the flow so that I had to remove it to pee. The rim was also super thick and it would pop out of place. I would prefer discs over cups since they don't suction, but my anatomy doesn't work well with them.
If you have a high cervix and you've tried some of these products without luck, definitely try the Kind Cup.
I got the regular size since I’ve given birth and I feel like it’s just too big for me. I also thought the design would make it easier to open but I find that it stays folded and I can’t really turn it since its shape is meant to fit one way. I had way too many cup failures when I’m out or at work so it’s been a real inconvenience. I also felt pressure on my bladder all day. On the to the next cup unfortunately.
The material is more flexible than my first menstrual cup. It is comfortable and effective.
I love the KIND cup! It’s really soft and comfortable.
So happy with this! Apparently I was never actually getting suction with the diva cup no matter what I did and I was able to with this, no problem! No more leakage!
The quality of the cup is good. I haven't decided if it gets 5 stars yet - not because of the cup itself, but because of me. This is my first time using a cup and I haven't mastered the technique for insertion yet. But so far, it's no worse than a tampon... I'm excited to find period nirvana, so I'll give it a few more cycles :)
I love this cup. I had been using a diva cup for the past 5 years and this feels like a significant upgrade for me. It works great for my high cervix and tilted uterus. No leaks and much easier to insert and remove than the one I used before.
Amazing! I had a June cup that I liked, but it constantly leaked between hours 4-6 so I never wanted to wear it. I LOVE this cup! I just used it for the first time on a trip to Universal Orlando. Two days with no leaks for 9+ hours in the park. I couldn’t recommend it enough!!
This is a very comfortable cup to wear but inserting it was too much trouble. It's much too soft and I had lots of trouble getting it to pop open. It would take several minutes of spinning, pushing, reinserting before I could get it to open. I've been a cup user for 15 years so I'm not a newbie. This is just not the right cup for me.
AMAZING, my other one (salt regular) was to hard and gave me cramps this one is a dream can’t feel it no cramps
I much prefer this cup to the last cup I just bought at the store, which was too firm and kept putting pressure against my bladder and urethra and it made peeing a struggle. This cup does not give me those issues. I do keep having an issue where it is inserted, but the blood keeps getting past it. I have to insert it several times before getting it right. I'm sure this is user error, but it is still frustrating. Practice makes perfect I guess, but practice ain't fun.
The Kind cup is really well made and easy to pop open! love it!!
Changed my period. I tried a different cup before but it didn't work for me. This cup works great. I still leak some on heavy days so I pair the cup with thinx period underwear and it's a great combo. After the first couple days I got used to inserting and removing the cup and now it's like nothing. I forget I have it in until I need to take it out. Gives me a lot more confidence during my period and I feel better about my impact on the planet. Overall highly recommend.
It was great and the test really helped find a cup for my high cervix
I was having so much trouble finding a cup that was easy to get out. I found out the hard way that I had a high cervix and had a lot of trouble getting other cups out while keeping the stem on. All other cups I have tried have a firm stem which bothers me. It could be my anatomy (When I have put other cups in, it feels like I am tucking cups behind my pubic bone so the stem rubs on the bone). Kind cup was the first cup I tried that I could leave the stem on and pull out comfortable without my hand cramping. With other cups I would have a lot of trouble reaching my cup and start to panic... then tense and make the removal more difficult. Over all I love this cup so much and finally found the one!
I really wanted to love this cup because it was my result from the period nirvana quiz but it’s not for me.
I have never had issues with a cup leaking until trying this one, no matter what I did I just could not get it to stop leaking. I cut the stem off because I have a low/average cervix and because there are no grip rings or anything around the base, removal was a little tricky. Also, the bottom of the cup comes to a point on the inside and I found that to be pretty difficult to clean with just my fingers. That, along with the raised designs on the inside of the cup would get dirty and were difficult to clean.
The only reason I’m not giving this cup one star is because it is very comfortable. The shape is great and feels like it belongs in your body, but the functionality is not what I expected. Pretty disappointed.
Softer than the Saalt regular! This cup is directional, so it compresses more easily from front to back rather than side to side. I trimmed the stem since I don’t really need it. So far so good!
I’m a first-time menstrual cup user and I was in serious doubt I could use one. I couldn’t even use a tampon. But, Kind Cup was so amazingly comfortable that I was so surprised I could actually use it and not feel anything! The elongated stem also definitely helps ease my anxiety about losing it in there!
I honestly don’t like this cup. It’s harder to use, in my opinion, than the usual bullet or bell shaped cups. I dislike the stem, and I hate that it has no grip rings. I have a hard time grasping it, and mind you, my cervix is not high. Also, it hurts when inserting. I give it props for not leaking, but I’m over this cup.
I liked this cup more than I liked others I have tried.
Love this cup!!! I’m a first time cup user and had no idea I had a high cervix. I first bought the saalt soft small cup (huge mistake) I felt it was lost inside me. I did some research and discovered the kind cup, the perfect cup for me! I used it for the first time and everything made sense! Super comfortable, easy to insert and remove.
I loved this cup from day one of use! Having an ergonomic cup just makes sense to me!! First morning I used it, it went right into place and opened itself with great suction. I couldn't feel it at all, even while doing yoga. I was grateful for the stem, as I have a high cervix. I'm sure after I have used the Kind Cup for a few cycles, I'll be able to trim it. The instructions that come in the box are clear and easy to understand. The linen bag it comes in is cute, practical, and dye free. I also love that this is made in the USA. I'm never going back to tampons again! Thank you Kind Cup for making such a comfortable, sustainable, quality product!
Also thank you Period Nirvana! The wealth of information on your website made me 100% comfortable and empowered to make the switch!
Amazing! So easy and comfortable. Change my whole attitude towards my period. The whole process now feels clean and simple.
