Leia Cups are best for individuals with a lower than average - average cervix height. If your cervix is high consider the size Large. If you are more physically active but otherwise fit the guidelines for a size Large you may want to go down to the Small or Medium. With the stems trimmed the Leia Cup can work for those with a lower cervix. Reference exact dimensions for the best fit.
