Here is what you should know about placing a pre-order at Period.Shop.

Q: When will I be charged?

A: You will be charged when you make your order.

 

Q: Can I add in-stock items to my pre-order?

A: If you add 1 or more in-stock items from our store to your order that includes a pre-order we will not ship anything until all items are in our warehouse. We can not split your order to ship in-stock items now and pre-order items later when they arrive. 

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Exact dates of shipment are not known at this time but our current pre-orders aim to ship mid May. Our next order of Hello Discs is already en route. Given the current global situation our brands are working hard to guarantee on-time shipments. If items take longer than expected to ship just know this is not unexpected - labor shortages and shipping logistics are affecting every industry in the world. Items considered "medical devices" imported to the US are also inspected, lead times vary based on a multitude of factors and exact timeframes are impossible to predict. We conservatively estimate Mid-May for new Hello Disc pre-orders given our experiences with recent shipments. 

Period.Shop is working closely with our vendor to make sure products are shipped to us ASAP for immediate fulfillment to our customers. 

 

Q: Do coupon codes work on pre-orders?

A: No, we will not be offering any discounts on pre-orders.

Q: Can I pre-order if I'm not in the US?

A: Due to the restrictions on importing/selling menstrual cups and discs Period.Shop only ships to the US. For Hello Disc pre-orders outside of the US check the Hello Period Co. website for shipping areas.
