Ohnut - The Stretchy and Comfortable Buffer

By popular demand you can now buy Ohnut custom penetration rings at Period.Shop. These stretchy and soft rings act as a way to keep intimacy comfortable for both partners. Sometimes penetration can be painful; Ohnut helps couples with a customizable depth control.

Each Ohnut pack includes 4 stackable rings and a storage pouch. Since Ohnuts come in two sizes you will want to reference this size guide.

Sizing Recommendations:

Classic Ohnut width stretches to 8in (20.3cm), and the unstretched height of 4 rings is 2¾in (7cm) tall Made of a body-safe polymer. BPA-, phthalate-, silicone-, and latex-free

Wider Ohnut 15% wider than Classic and stretches up to 50% more.

IT’S NOT ALWAYS ABOUT SIZE, BUT SOMETIMES IT IS. Think about the condoms you and/or your partner normally use—that'll help narrow down which Ohnut will be most comfortable! When in doubt about sizing, order the Wider Ohnut. It's unlikely to be too wide for effective use. Classic: "Standard" or "regular" condoms; Lifestyles Snugger Fit, Slim Fit, or similar Wider: Trojan Magnum, Durex XXL, or similar; or if a looser fit is preferred. The Wider Ohnut is 15% wider than the Classic Ohnut and stretches up to 50% more. All Ohnuts are made with a soft material that stretches significantly for comfort.

- How Ohnut Works Worn externally at the base of a penetrating partner (e.g. on their shaft or on a toy), Ohnut compresses down to act as a soft buffer during sex. Each set comes with 4 linking rings that allow you to make simple adjustments, so you and your partner can not only discover comfort but also what depths feel really good—for both of you. Ohnut is designed to feel just like skin. It's so comfortable (like a gentle hug) you and your partner will barely notice it's there. BPA, phthalate, and latex free your Ohnut is made from FDA approved body-safe material.
-DOES ONE SIZE FIT ALL?
"I couldn't tell what was my skin and what wasn't." Ohnut is made with a soft squishy material and can stretch to accommodate all men and most toys. Ohnut often feels like an extension of your body, with a little hug.
-HOW DOES OHNUT FEEL FOR MY PARTNER?
While Ohnut can be used by penetrating partners of any gender, feedback from men includes not noticing the difference and feeling like full penetration. Some men may feel a slight "hug" sensation. The majority report that sex is more satisfying because they're not as worried about causing their partner pain and their partner isn't as worried about being in pain.
-WHAT IS OHNUT MADE OF?
Ohnut is currently made of an FDA approved body- and skin-safe polymer blend. It's a thermo-set material that is BPA, phthalate, and latex free. Note about the material: The original Ohnut was designed in silicone, however, we received high demand for use with silicone lubrication, so we adjusted the Ohnut accordingly so you can use either silicone or water based lubrication.
-CAN I USE OHNUT WITH CONDOMS? Yes! Ohnut conveniently helps keep condoms from slipping off. Put the condom on first, add your preferred lubrication on top, slide the Ohnut over the condom - and you're good to go.
-HOW DO I WASH OHNUT?
Ohnut can be hand washed with mild soap and water. Save your dishwasher for the dishes.
-HOW DOES OHNUT HELP?
The Ohnut can help you manage and even eliminate pain during sex by allowing you to easily customize how deep penetration goes. And once it's on, you can forget about it and enjoy being in the moment with your partner. Painful sex (or dyspareunia) can happen for a whole range of reasons, including: - Endometriosis - Adenomyosis - Pelvic floor dysfunction - Interstitial cystitis - Fibroids - Pelvic inflammation - Pelvic floor muscle spasm (vaginismus) - Menopause (genitourinary syndrome of menopause, or gsm) - Cancer treatments (including chemotherapy and radiation therapy) - Chronic pain (vulvodynia) - Post-surgical vaginal swelling - Postpartum pain/sex post baby - Mullerian agenesis
