On the hunt for a good low cervix cup since after 5 years of using cups I found out they make short ones that aren't on the verge of poking out.Been trying out for the last few months....
PROS:
-Low cervix style/size is perfect for me.
-Love the stem less design (I've trimmed the stems on my old cups)
CONS:
-Don't think I'm a fan of the TPE. First month went great after some fold method adjusting to get it to open and seal. Now I can't get a good seal anymore, thought maybe since it only had 2 suction holes instead of 4 like my last but also noticed its stuck in an oval shape.
-Staining very easly, the pic is after 2-3 period cycles. Don't get me wrong my silicone cup stained too just not this fast and that was a clear cup.
My hunt continues....

The cup was to stiff I couldn’t even get it to fold

Good, on the website, very informative on the products.

It’s the first cup that worked postpartum for me. I’ve been struggling to find a cup that works for 3 years, and was thrilled with this, BUT- it sucked my IUD out! Don’t use a cup at all if you have an IUD :(

I absolutely love this cup! I’ve started using cups about 15 years ago, but had to switch exclusively to discs after my first vaginal delivery because my cervix was in a much lower position. For reference, I used to use a Diva Cup out of the box with no problem, then I was barely able to fit in inside of my body, even with the stem cut off. This Hello cup IS AMAZING!!!!! I get much better protection than I do with discs (NO LEAKS AT ALL!!!) and had plenty of room to insert and remove it. I couldn’t feel it while wearing, but did notice urine flowing a bit more slowly which I attribute to the firmness. I was a little hesitant at first about the small size, but there was plenty of capacity for my flow. I highly recommend this cup for others with a low cervix who aren’t in love with discs or want a more secure option.

It was comfortable and stayed in place once placed properly but it was difficult to insert. The material is much stiffer than other menstrual cups I've had and it was challenging to fold it in a way that would open back up once inside. This caused a lot of frustration but the benefits of a menstrual cup that fits properly outweighs this frustration and I'm hopeful it will be easier with practice.

Finally a cup that works for me with my low cervix and my heavy flow. I wish more companies offered no stem options for cups.

Your quiz suggested this cup for me. It's the second cup I've ever had, and even though I had minimal issues with my last cup, dot cup, this one fits so well that it is night and day. Love it!

This cup fits much better than my Saalt cup. Normally, with my Saalt cup, when I sit down on the toilet- its hanging out pretty far. I would have to push it up constantly. But the hello cup is always nicely tucked up inside. I never feel it! I also used to get some anal spasms/pain but I haven’t had that since I tried the hello cup. My vagina is much happier- I didn’t know how uncomfortable it was until I tried the hello low cervix cup. I’ve been using cups for almost 10 years- I’ve tried Diva Cup, Sckoon, Luna Soft, Saalt Cup, and now the Hello Low Cervix. This one is my favorite. I’m off to try a disc next. ☺️ My tip would be to buy the package with both sizes. According to the hello website, I take a s/m, but the large fits me the best.

Great cup, I had a different brand low cervix cup that I wasn’t happy with and this one is a great replacement

Excellent!!! The new cup has solved my other cup issues perfectly!! I’m so happy to be back in a cup and not wearing tampons!!

This is my third and favorite cup so far. I have a super low cervix so I have tried the wider cup style but it usually causes a ton of bladder pressure and this one was perfectly comfortable. Definitely on the smaller side but that worked great for me. It was a short learning curve but that only lasted like half a day. Don’t be afraid to change around the style of fold you use to find what works best for your body and the cup

This cup is AMAZING! I was a little worried that it might be hard getting in and out but NOPE! It was super simple and easy. It is a perfect fit and feels like nothing at all. I had to remind myself that I was even wearing it. Cleaning it is a snap and I love the packaging and little cotton bag that comes with it. The Hello cup is my new best friend.

Very easy and loved to finally find a curved stemless cup!

The low cervix cup from Hello seems to be working great! It is the first cup I have ever used that I didn't feel poking out of me and causing discomfort. The stiffness of the cup also seems to be good, not to stiff but holds it's shape - I have had the problem of cups and disks pushing so much on my bladder that I couldn't pee which obviously caused it's own issues. I am pretty excited that I finally found something that works for me.

It’s my new favorite cup! I’ve tried MANY cups, and several work for me. BUT this one has become my favorite because I can’t feel it during use, it works for my lower cervix, is V-shaped (the best shape for me) and I absolutely love that it doesn’t have a stem.
I read the PN post about it, so I knew all the tips. I do find it a little tricky to open, but a deeeeep punch down fold, some pushing on the vaginal wall and a quick spin work pretty quickly to get the job done.
I often buy the combo pack because I like to try them all, but with this one, the L is definitely the best fit for me.
I’m 39, two vaginal births, cup user for 1.5 years. I’ve used it only one cycle, but it’s definitely a winner for me.

Great found exactly what I was looking for easy check out. I wanted to thank hello but didn't know how to let them know. I've looking for a cup like this for months! Thank you and period shop!

I have attached a photo of thd hello low cervix s/m with my saalt soft small and Ruby cup small to show how the size compares. I hadn't used a TPE cup before and so am getting used to it. I have now used it for 2 cycles and insertion has taken some time to get right. The shallow punch fold that Hello tell you to use does help it to open up BUT it is a real knack to get the punch fold shallow enough not to go lower than the Hello writing on the cup. I have just about mastered it now by making the fold over one of the two air holes as it seems to fold easier in that position whereas if I fold anywhere else, it's hard for the fold not to go too low down.
I have noticed since using the hello low cervix cup, my period has been 1-2 days shorter with than periods with my other cups. It may be unrelated but was a pleasant surprise to have a shorter period!
I do have an extremely low cervix and it sits inside my cup so a couple of times it has suctioned onto my cervix but thankfully the air holes made it not to difficult to break the suction. It is an extremely comfortable cup and once I got the shallow punch fold right so it would open correctly, I have almost immediately been able to forget it's there. With my other cups, I have had to spend time adjusting the position to get them comfortable and only after an hour or so do I forget about them, so this cup gets a big thumbs up from me.
Don't be put off by it having no stem, it is very easy to get hold of, squeeze together to break seal, and removal is s doddle. You will need to warm the cup slightly by rolling in your hands to get the TPE to go back to it's original shape as it can become squashed when inside as it moulds to the shape of your anatomy, which is possibly why it's so comfortable.

These cups are great! I'm an experienced cup user (6 years this January!) and have tried dozens of cups and these have now made it into my regular rotation. I have a very heavy, often painful, period and several days of pre-menstrual spotting due to a fibroid and so having period products that are practical and comfortable is very important. However having a low cervix means my cup options are limited and I often have to make some accommodation to be able to use a cup. Not with these! I have been able to use both cups, right out of the gate. It's so nice to have a cup fully intact and not worry about if the area where you cut the stem will be pokey. I use the small cup for spotting and light days and the large has been great for moderate days. I still reach for my Merula for heavy days but could use the large Hello cup LC if I have the time to empty more often. These cups were my first time using TPE and Kim's video on the Period Nirvana YT channel was very helpful in this regard. I was prepared for the shape of the cup to change a bit after wearing and knew exactly what to do to be able to reinsert with ease. It's great to be able to order this cup here in the US for such an affordable price.
