So glad I switched to the JuJu from the Diva cup. I started having pain with the Diva cup after years of use and could not understand why. It was not until I read a review for the diva that mentioned cervix heights and how a tall cup could be the problem. I thought I was going to have to give up cups all together before learning this. I suffered through pads and period underwear for months until I found Period Nirvana and dove head first into the material. 10/10 recommend for the short cervix crew! Volume held is comparable to the Diva. I didn’t have to empty JuJu any more often than I was used to. The only adjustment I had to make was reaching a bit farther to retrieve and empty being used to the shape and length of the diva.

Well, I have only used it for one cycle, but it was so much easier to use than the cup I was using previously. Taking the quiz proved to be extremely helpful because this cup, the Juju 3 model, does seem to be exactly what I needed.

Finally!! After 3 babies my regular cup wasn’t cutting it anymore. Thanks weak pelvic floor. It would slide out or be too low that it felt like it was coming out. Tried this baby and it’s perfection! My low cervix loves it. It stays in place, isn’t hanging out, doesn’t leak. Back to cup love for me! Just needed a low cervix cup!

Just won’t hold a seal, and works it’s way out…..

I have used a cup years ago and hated it. After some convincing from my friend, I dove into research mode to see which one would be a better fit. I was told 18 years ago that I had a short cervix so it dawned on me why my tampons never fit correctly and I watched a video on which cup to buy for my situation. This cup works! So much better then dealing with tampons and I'm glad i gave it another go. My one amd only issue is the tab to pull it out is too short. With nails this made it beyond tricky. So i had to cut mine off to be able to get a grip on the cup and break the suction for removal.

So I am a first time user in that I have never before found a cup that actually fit and worked well. Every other cup I've tried (diva, saalt, and another brand I can't recall) sat in a weird position, I could not get any form of suction to keep it in place, and I could feel it the entire time I was wearing. I tried the Flex discs, and initially thought that it was better than nothing, but the second that I had a heavier flow or I moved wrong, it would pop out of place and start to eject from my body.
This one sits behind my pubic bone, I don't feel it after I initially put it in and it warms up to my body, and I can move freely without it changing position. I very much like this product and love that this brand offers so many shapes, sizes, and lengths. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I have a low cervix and I've been using a cup that's been turned inside out for over 8 years. But it's not ideal since it slips a lot and I'm constantly pushing it back up. I'm fed up with the constant battle so I'm on my quest to find what I only dream about, my unicorn. I ordered the JuJu size 4 wishing it will be "THE One." Sadly, it is not. It's so hard that I can feel pressure inside me but not enough to make me feel that I need urinate. Since this silicone is super strength, the gripping nub on the bottom is hard too that it pokes me and it hurts. I'm going to try and remove the nub and see if that feels any better. I hate to downgrade a cup because it may be perfect for someone else. But so far, it hasn't been a good fit for me.

Finally find the perfect cup! Fit perfect, I have two children and low cervix and works perfect. I have to empty the cup every 4 to 6 hours

I've been a menstrual cup user for over a decade, but never thought about fit beyond getting a larger cup after I had kids. But getting a cup specifically designed for a low cervix has been a COMPLETELY different experience! No pinching or poking! No worrying about it falling out when I sit on the toilet! I have actually forgotten when it's in! MAGICAL. I also love how firm it is, it makes insertion so quick and easy. The texture on the bottom makes it easy to grip and take out as well. I will say that I have noticed that it's a smaller capacity - I need to empty it every 2-3 hours on my heaviest day. But that's WELL worth it. Overall, I can't say enough about how fabulous this is for me.

Great low cervix cup, so much more comfortable then standard cups

THANK YOU!! After 6 other cups and a disc, I was very disheartened and nearly quit. I took a quiz from the ‘Put A Cup In It’ girls and they referred me to this one. I’m in my late 30’s, have had kids, have heavy periods, athletic, and a very low cervix so my situation was complex. I’m in Canada and ordered it from Australia knowing it was my last hope. Worth it! This cup was my answer! The grips on the bottom are genius, and this cup stays put. I don’t feel it at all (often forget it’s there), and only leaks when I’m on my heaviest day. So happy with this cup! Brilliance!

THE ONLY CUP THAT DOESN'T LEAK FOR ME!!!!!!
I feel like i've tried a ton of cups including the SALT,Hello and flex to name a few and they ALL leaked no matter how I put it in. I'm extremely active and spend a lot of time outside everyday riding horses so the idea of not needing to go to the bathroom all the time is great! The JUJU cup rarely ever leaks and I am able to run, exercise, go to work and ride with no leaks and not having to worry about changing or rinsing it throughout the day. It is super comfortable to wear and after two months it only takes me a minute to insert or remove. It leaked a bit when I first started using it but for me the trick is to turn it by the base to make sure its fully open and I'm good to go for the day! I was really scared about not being able to reach it but the model one works great for me and I can always grab it, I personally did not have to trim the stem but you can. The model 1 folds up really small, only a hair bigger than a regular tampon and is painless .
I highly recommend this cup to any fellow equestrians or active people who need a leak free cup! Its the only one that works for me, thank you Period.shop for carrying it!

I've been using menstrual cups for 18 years, since there were only 1 or 2 types available. I've tried many different ones over the years, and this one is the best by far for me. The Juju cup model 3 works well for me - its length makes it much easier to remove, without being wide enough to cause discomfort. Glad that I finally found this one!

Love the firmness of this cup and that it works well for my low cervix! I use this cup and my Merula OS throughout my period week! Gives me confidence!! So happy with the results!

I really liked my JuJu menstrual cup style number 3. I had tried one menstrual cup prior to this (Honeycomb) and did not like it. It was mostly my fault that I did not know the positioning of my cervix or that it mattered. Once I found out my position of my cervix I did some research and found this brand. I love how on the Period shop you can use your HSA because on JuJu website you are not able to. This cup in comparison to the one I tried before was so easy to apply and remove. It has grips on the side to easily grab for retrieval (the other brand I tried was so slippery). I would highly recommend this brand and style number 3 for high cervix!

5 stars for Period Nirvana, 5 stars for Period.shop, and 5 stars for this JuJu size 4 cup! I never would have known about low cervix cup options if I hadn't found Kim's videos and I'm so happy I did - this cup is GREAT so far!
Background - I have been using cups for over 10 years, since my early 20s. I started off using a Lady Cup (small size) - hate the name, but LOVED that cup for a long, long time. It was the perfect option for my during my 20s. But then I hit 30 & had a baby, and suddenly everything was different. The small size Lady Cup didn't feel like a great fit - it would feel like it was sliding down more often than not, plus my period was heavier than before which was a challenge for the smaller cup's capacity. Since I now checked all the boxes for the bigger size cup, I simply ordered the larger size of the same cup and figured it would be fine. But it wasn't fine! The larger size cup was just too big (too long), it was super uncomfortable to wear and was very difficult to remove. I actually ended up just switching back to my decade-old small-sized Lady cup and made that work as best I could. That was 4 years ago. Last year I had another baby, and also switched to a hormonal IUD that has given me very light but irregular periods. Once again I started to wonder if there was a better option out there. I had seen ads for menstrual discs and did some googling to research whether I might want to try one of those. That's how I found Kim, Period Nirvana, and Period.Shop. I ended up watching a bunch of videos, and was thrilled to learn how many new and novel options there were on the market since I had originally found the Lady Cup ~10+ years ago! The videos on the low cervix options resonated with me. My cervix height actually varies greatly during my cycle, so I am not 100% sure I actually have a "low cervix," but the "larger" diameter/shorter length combo of the JuJu 4 seems to be a great fit for now. I can't feel it once it's in, there's no sliding down, and I know I won't have a problem with the capacity. If you've tried "larger" cups but have had comfort issues, you might want to give it a try.
Thank you, Kim!

I can't believe I'm saying this after so many years and cups and discs I've tried, but this is perfect for me. Before having a baby I had trouble and pain with cups, and after having a baby I still had trouble for different reasons! they were all too long and narrow because I have a low cervix and would slip down, the handle would poke me and it would leak. None of the discs I tried stayed in place either!
This cup arrived on day 2 of my cycle and so far it's really comfortable, easy to use and leaking has almost entirely stopped. Also love that it comes in black with a nice cotton bag.

I was so happy to find the Juju cup from an American store (so I didn’t have to wait forever for it to come from Australia). This is my second model four and it’s the only one that works for me after having my two kids. I’m not kidding. I’ve tried four others and I cannot get them to seal (I used cups per-kids and had no issues). I also decided to order a menstrual disc, which I’m looking forward to trying this cycle. The quiz was helpful in identifying products that would work for me!

Really like this cup. I bought this one and the cotton mermaid low cervix cup to try out. I really like the Juju cup but the cotton mermaid cup worked better for me. The Juju cup is a great backup cup!

I am 38, high cervix. I have bought every cup that seemed to fit me but never worked. This is my 6th cup and finally no leaks!!!! Because of my age, the recommendation is always a larger cup, so I was afraid to give it a try, but I am happy now. The butterfly design is super cute and easy to grip. The black color is chic, and you can't see the blood very well, which is great. The only issue is that it tarnished
after boiling.

This cup was great! Before trying the Juju Model 4, my favorite cup was the MeLuna Shorty XL with a ball stem in classic firmness. I think the Juju is now my favorite! The fit and feel of the two are very similar. The capacity of the JuJu is great and I didn't experience any leaks. The little stem and grips at the bottom are helpful for cup removal. I do like the firmness of this cup a lot -- not firm, but not really soft either. The body feels a bit firmer than the rim, so I don't feel pressure from the rim on my bladder, but the firmness of the body allows the cup to pop open quickly with insertion.
My only real negative (though very minor) is that the bag that came with my cup is a thick, gray cotton or canvas-like material that left my cup completely covered in lint when it arrived. My lovely black cup looked gray and hairy, which didn't make the best first impression. The cup cleaned up well and looked perfect after boiling though. I haven't yet washed the bag to see if that helps with the lint. This note does not affect how much I love this cup, but I did want to mention it in case other people would find this information helpful.

Awhile back when I first tried menstrual cups I came across the Put A Cup In It Community. I have a low cervix and tilted uterus. I tried 3 different cups with no luck. They always slid down and were uncomfortable. Finally decided to give the Lumma discs a try in medium and small. Those were working great for awhile and then they weren’t. I couldn’t get the medium to stay tucked behind my pubic bone and the small wouldn’t stay put either. I basically gave up on cups and discs at this point. Some time passed and started my search again for a cup that would work. I somehow stumbled upon Period Nirvana and recognized Kim immediately. I took the quiz and joined the fb community. My quiz suggested the Guppy size 2 but only size 1 was available. It gave the Juju cup 4 as another option. I decided to buy both. I tried the Juju first and it is awesome! It’s easy to insert and remove, I can’t feel it, it doesn’t slid down, it doesn’t leak, it doesn’t put pressure on my bladder and it’s the perfect size for my flow. I was literally so happy I thought I could cry! It was like I didn’t even have my period... I was much more comfortable and felt cleaner. I plan to try the Guppy during my next cycle. Thanks Kim for all that you do for us bleeders! You’re amazing!
Mary C.
I enjoy this cup! I still bleed like crazy and have to empty a couple times a day, but I absolutely love it! The only thing I’d change is a bigger cup but I can sleep without leaks!!! Wow!!
Emma O.
I was looking for a cup firmer than the Saalt and bonus points if it came in black!
I love this cup, while I’ve just gotten it and have had some trouble with removal (firm rim) - I have no doubt this cup has/will become my go-to cup of choice.
