Lumma Disc is a reusable menstrual disc with a silicone string attached to its rim to make removal easier. It's the only reusable menstrual disc to offer 3 sizes: Short, Medium, and High. 

If you have a lower cervix (a shorter vaginal canal) you will want to choose the SHORT or MEDIUM sized Lumma Disc. If your cervix is average or higher you will want to select the size HIGH. Most people will find that the larger size, Lumma HIGH, is the best option.

Which Size Lumma Unique is best?

The Lumma Unique disc is a fully circular shaped product. Most users will find that the size HIGH, their largest size, will fit. If you’ve tried other menstrual discs before and found them to be too large, or if you have a low - low average cervix height, you will be better suited to the Lumma Size SHORT or MEDIUM.
