I love this cup! It wasn't my first cup, and I think that helps because there was a bit of a learning curve for me due to how soft it is. Softer cups can be harder to get/stay open, and this one doesn't have suction holes, either. I got this cup based on the length because I have a high cervix and that was perfect! It's my goldilocks cup, for sure!

I am under 18 and have a high cervix and an average flow. Since this cup has no suction holes, I found that it didn’t completely open inside me. After watching one of Kim’s videos I followed her advice and put my finger around my vaginal walls and also pulled down slightly on the rim to let air in. It worked. But then whenever I moved the air left, the cup moved and somehow tucked sideways behind my pubic bone obviously I had leaks. Apart from that I only had a slow pee stream. However I won’t give up for the planets sake, and now that I have taken the test again I am planning on getting a disc.

This cup did not work for me. I realize now I must have measured my cervix incorrectly but it was too long. Disappointed that it didn't work.

I tried to insert the Lily (size lg) on five different occasions. Each time, I tried a different fold. It wouldn’t open. Then I felt around the perimeter on my last try, and the cup felt like it was open. I tried to push it up and back, and it wasn’t budging. I assumed I was good to go, but there was leakage. I’m thinking that my cervix tilts and points to the left, so I’m guessing it just didn’t fit my body. I went back to the Salt soft cup and was happy as pie. I realized that my cervix points left so that’s why I could never retrieve it with my right hand. Since I’ve been using my left hand, I can get it out very easily.

The love the length of the cup. I don't have to put my fingers in and go finishing for the cup like certain shorter cups. Also love that the cup is comparatively narrow so it opens up easily unlike very bulbous cups.
Massive props to the reinforced rim that also helps with the cup opening up.
Only downside is that there are no air holes so breaking the suction is a tad harder with the Lily cup.

Lily cup was great for me! Im 17 and it was my first cup and super easy to use :) my tip would be to take it in and out in the shower to avoid mess

I love this cup. It’s my backup cup and it’s always dependable. It takes a bit of time to get used to it not having suction holes, but I find it to work out for my body. It’s a great cup to have in your cup arsenal.

Horrible experience... it doesn’t pop, and the fit was just so so bad :(

As a teen absolutely new to Menstrual cups, looking at it the first time was like "that goes there?", but it was so easy to get in and out and I didn`t feel it during use and of course no leaks !
