Always use the ‘Shallow Punchdown Fold’ with Hello Cups! Check out our video to show you how. Let your cup open fully when it is just inside you. To remove, squeeze the base to release any suction and bring the cup down gently. The number of times you empty your Hello Cup will depend on your flow. Sterilize your cup before you first use and again at the end of your cycle so it’s ready to go next time. Store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight. Important: This is a specialist cup for people with a high-sitting cervix only.

Manufacturing and Standards

Hello Cups are made from top-notch medical grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). They contain no rubber, latex, BPAs, heavy metals or other nasties. Colours used are certified food grade and comply with EU and FDA standards. Hello Cups are recyclable and are FDA registered.

Our XS is our smallest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.

Our S/M is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35–regardless of whether they have had children or not.

Our L (L for ‘Lovely’) is best for those over 35 who feel their pelvic floor is not what it used to be. It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the S/M regardless of age in the Hello Cup line.

I must have an extremely high cervix. Although this was the easiest cup I've used yet (I've also tried Saalt cup and the flex cup) It was still a little difficult for me to get out, as I have to squat and reach for it - but once I grip it, it's a lot easier to pull out than the other cups I've used. The other thing I seem to have an issue with is getting this one to pop open and actually suction, and I also have leaks sometimes which I've never had with a cup before. (But I assume this goes hand in hand with getting it to open) I think this is definitely in the right direction for what I want in a cup, just wish I had an easier time using cups.

OK I must say that this. Cup from hello is literally amazing. I have a high cervix and the other menstrual cups I’ve used in the past I’ve been Cora cup diva cup. Those were good softness wise but i realized mid day they would ride up high in my cervix and cause leakage. because I have strong pelvic floor muscles I found the softer cups tended to push the cup upwards and made it very difficult to find upon emptying. With a hello long cervix cup since it is a bit firmer than the Cora and the diva cup that helped it stay in place for me. The first couple of times I tried it I still had a little bit of leaks but not as much as with Cora and diva. Now I think I’ve got the insertion method down so I’ve had no leaks for one cycle and I can say I am so excited to know longer have to use pads. If you have a long cervix give this one a try! It worked for me!

I think I might have actually found my goldilocks cup with this one. I tried two other cups before this and had issues with getting them open, with leaking, and removal due to getting cups that I eventually realized were too short for my high cervix. So after taking multiple quizzes and comparing brands, I settled on this one with some reluctance since I saw very few reviews for it. And I'm so happy I took the plunge. This cup's been easy to reach and remove. No leaking, even on my heaviest days or at night. It's comfy and the toggle on the end doesn't irritate me like the stems on the other cups did. Because of this cup, I've experienced my most comfortable period yet. And for that, I'm extremely thankful that Hello Period Co. made a high cervix cup. My only complaint is that it only comes in one color lol.
