Hello Cup

The Hello Cup features a rimless design and comfortable toggle stem. This menstrual cup was designed by a nurse, is made from hypoallergenic, medical grade TPE, and is manufactured in New Zealand. The Hello Cup offers sport firmness made from TPE. TPE warms to the body's temperature and molds to your shape for a more custom fit than silicone. This menstrual cup was designed to hold more period fluid than tampons and they come in fun, modern, vibrant colors. Please note that the brand is switching to new packaging and sizing conventions - your package may arrive in a different package than in our photos.

The Hello Cup offers three unique sizes to fit all ranges of people. The size S is especially good for teens and first time cup users.

The Hello Cup recommends a shallow "punch down fold" to insert their cup.

Manufacturing and Standards

Hello Cups are made from top-notch medical grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). They contain no rubber, latex, BPAs, heavy metals or other nasties. Colours used are certified food grade and comply with EU and FDA standards. Hello Cups are recyclable and are FDA registered.

Picking a Size

Vaginal cup, period cup, menstrual cup, fannie cup! Whatever you call it, the Hello Cup is a great choice.
While working out what size you are can be tricky, the below info is a good starting point.
The Hello Cup comes in three sizes – S (small), M (medium) and L (large or ‘lovely’).
Our S cup is our smallest, softest cup. It’s the perfect choice for teenagers, petite users or those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
Our M is our ‘one size fits most’ menstrual cup. We recommend it for users under 35 – regardless of whether they have had children or not.
Our L is best for those over 35 who feel it’s a bit more roomy up there (possibly thanks to pushing out a small human or two). It’s worth noting that we find physically fit people are often best suited to the M regardless of age. Sometimes finding the best size for you can be a bit of trial and error.

Each Hello Cup has a 10 mm length toggle which adds to the overall length of the cup. While most people won't want to cut this stem off it's a possible option. You may also want to consider their Hello Cup Low Cervix in the SM/M or L size if you need a shorter cup - these have no stem.
