This is the disc I have been waiting for. Usually use the Cora, which is great but not enough for my very heavy days. The flex disc is easy to use, comfortable and holds more than others I have used. Highly recommend. Would also recommend for first time disc users as I did not find it bulky like some others are.

I'd been using reusable pads for about 10 years. They worked fine, but it was time to replace my latest set. I wasn't looking forward to shelling out the money and I hated using tampons when I worked out or went swimming. Navigating all the options for menstrual cups was overwhelming. I found Kim's Youtube channel and thought that discs might work for me. Flex seemed like a good match because it was easy to insert and didn't have a removal aid that might be irritating. I love it! I don't feel it at all, it's easy to put in, and wasn't too hard to take out. I also like that it's clear and doesn't have dyes. I don't know why I waited so long to switch to a disc. It's so easy to clean and store compared to the pads.

I tried discs originally with the flex disposable discs and this reusable flex disk is just as good! It stays in place, the compartment is generous and very soft. Removal is a bit messy, I admit but no issues with the use overall. Folds very narrow and status put.

I enjoy the firmness of it. I had no issues. It was easy to you definitely my favorite. I would recommend. The notch was easy for insertion.

This Flex Disc is just perfect for me. I can wear it 12 hours without leaks, which is really what I'm looking for. I'm two cycles in, and I've only had it auto-dump once, which is a plus for me, because I'd rather it didn't. Removal is messy, and then reinsertion is a little too. To avoid blood-stained cuticles, I wear nitrile gloves for this process, and then wash and dry the gloves while still on my hands, and then trash them at the end of the cycle. I tried the Ziggy Disc (original) and the Cora Disc, and really couldn't get either of them inserted far enough or correctly because the rims were too flimsy. The Flex Disc has the firmest rim, and the thinnest cup area, and I think those features are key to my success. Even though the rim is firm, I have not found removal uncomfortable. I also, years ago used a Diva cup, and would have some pain trying to remove it without squishing all the contents out, which is why I gave up on it.

Very thin bottom and easy to use, love it!

This is a solid reusable disc - I've used the Cora disc and Ziggy before, and I liked this one better than either of them. While the rim is not as firm as I'd like (I have to use two hands to get it started properly, since it tends to squish out of place), it sits well and is *way* easier to remove than the Cora - I find that it's really difficult for me to get hold of the little finger notch, so having a reusable disc shaped like the disposable ones is actually easier for me to wrangle.

Ever since I saw the Flex Reusable disc at Walmart, I wanted to try it. My gut was telling me to give it a shot, but the disposable ones never worked for me so I gave it a hard pass. So I tried a few others: Lumma, Nixit, and Hello Disc. I thought that the hello disc was going to be period nirvana for me, but I started having trouble inserting it correctly so I kept looking for another alternative. So I took a chance and followed my gut. It turns out that the flex reusable is PERFECT for me. Here’s why:
1. Insertion is easy. The combination of a firm rim and the notch make it easy to scoop under my low and tilted (towards my back) cervix.
2. The capacity is xlarge. A game changer for a heavy period.
3. Super comfy. I can’t feel it!
4. Removal is simple. I have no problems removing it. I just hook my finger under it and pull it out. It’s also less messy than my disc with tabs (which would dump its entire contents on my hand). I don’t exactly know why, but this one comes out much easier whereas the other disc felt like it would get caught and I would have to angle it downwards and it would dump all over me. I think I have more control when holding the rim vs a tab.
Overall, I could get any of the larger discs to work for me, but the flex reusable really hits all the marks for me.

Would highly recommend. I had tried the flex disposable disks previously and found them a really comfortable alternative to tampons and pads. I will say this desk took a little more getting used to the the disposable options just based on how it folded and what not but after the initial first or second day hiccups life changing. I will never use a tampon again. If you are just getting used to these I'd recommend pairing with a period panty to have best leak proof protection.

I use this in conjunction with my Lumma Disc (light days) for my heavy days and I love it so much. The notch is so genius I really can't believe it wasn't thought of sooner. That notch makes it so much easier to insert. Doesn't leak at night and when I do weight lifting it stays in place perfectly! Great option A+.

Taking the period nirvana quiz, I decided to try the flex disc. I’m glad that I found one that is a very firm, and super easy to insert with just one hand! Works great for my high cervix. I can go almost 12 hrs before having to change. The only con would be it’s so messy! So I have to change in the shower. Always! And, it’s hard to grip which means it hard for removal. I would think it’s because there’s no tab or loop for an easy removal. But it gets the job done for when it’s that time of the month and I don’t have to change frequently.

I like this disc because of how much it can hold, it’s larger but it still fits.

The Flex Disc arrive at my mailbox the second day of my period, I was using the disposable ones from the same brand. I was a cup user for many years until I gave birth to my son and I couldn’t find a cup that fit my necessities. I tried the disposable discs and it was like my body was made for discs. I use them for a few months but struggle with the fact that they are disposables and start to search for a reusable one when I found that the company has made a reusable product. I love the disc it fits me better than the disposables ones. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

I've been using softdiscs for over a decade. About a year into wearing them, I started looking for something that was reusable. I wasn't happy with the selection then. Recently, I started looking for a reusable disc. I came to period.shop and looked through the options took quizzes and came to the decision to try the flex reusable disc once I realized how close it is to the discs I've been using for all these years. Apparently my timing was perfect, and I'm super happy with this purchase!
My only complaint is why make a "clear" disc meant to get blood on it clear... but that's 100% cosmetic and not a use issue

I’m still dealing with some leaking, but it’s super comfortable and easy to use and I’ve never used a cup or disk, not even tampons. Period.shop was much easier to order from than Flex.
