This is because we want you to have the best experience possible with your cup. Whether your result is a product we carry or not we are rooting for your success.

It's best if you know a little bit about your body before taking the quiz, such as your cervix height, and Period Nirvana has a cervix measuring guide to help you with that. If you don't know your cervix height you can say "I don't know" and the quiz will keep your results in the average category. This is usually fine but if your cervix is very low your result may not work for you, which is why knowing is always best.
